北京亿特克科技有限公司(Beijing e-Tech Technology Co., Ltd)是由原北京艾克斯特科技有限公司高端产品北方区事业部、南方区事业部及信息技术服务事业部发起成立的高科技公司。目前主要业务为代理PTC公司中国区PRO/E、WindChill、Arbortext等全线产品及授权进行相关二次开发、技术咨询、服务、产品和市场拓展。目标是以PTC全球领先的PDS（产品研发系统）解决方案为支撑帮助客户优化研发系统，缩短研发周期，降低研发和生产制造成本，提高产品质量，从而全面提升客户的产品市场竞争能力。

为什么要成立“亿特克”：

艾克斯特自2002与PTC合作进入高端CAD/CAM市场以来，业务发展日益增长，2005年公司成立高端产品北方区事业部、高端产品南方区事业部和现代信息技术服务事业部专门从事高端产品的销售和技术服务工作，并将高端业务从北方区扩展到全国，近两年该业务平均以50％以上的速度增长，目前在全国已拥有高端客户500多家，艾克斯特也成为 PTC在亚太区最大的合作伙伴及全球五大合作伙伴之一。

随着高端业务从CAD/CAM扩展到PLM(WINDCHILL), 动态出版（ARBORTEXT），工程计算（MATHCAD）及动态仿真等领域的不断扩充以及未来的发展前景，同时与自主产品类业务在市场、技术、管理等方面有诸多不同，所以需要一个独立的平台支撑其高速发展，因此公司三大事业部发起成立了 “北京亿特克科技有限公司” 。预计“亿特克”的业务2008年将超过1亿元。

Ltd, which includes North Area Department (high end products), South Area Department and Information Technology Service Department.
